Scandlines was founded in 1998 and is one of the largest ferry companies in Europe. Scandlines’ core business is the transport of passengers and goods in the triangle between Germany, Denmark and Sweden as well as on routes to the Baltic States and Finland. Scandlines transports 16 million passengers, 3.7 million cars and 1 million lorries and trailers per year and its prime mission is to guarantee efficient, reliable and competitive transportation.
