16.08.2010Scandlines Strengthens Top Management

Bengt Pihl is the new CEO, Flemming R. Jacobs and Håkan Samuelsson (chairman) have been appointed to the supervisory boards

The ferry company Scandlines relies on international experience and competence in its top management: Today the shareholders’ meeting appointed the Swede Bengt Pihl as its new CEO and Flemming R. Jacobs and Håkan Samuelsson to the supervisory boards. Samuelsson is also replacing Jan Stenberg as chairman of the supervisory boards. With these steps - in addition to the current 230 million Euro investment programme including two new ferries - the company is preparing for further growth.
