Cancellation of bus bookings
If Scandlines Service Center shall handle the cancellation on the same day the cancellation must be received before 12:00 noon in writing or by e-mail to gruppen@scandlines.com
Rebooking of bus bookings
The rebooking is free of charge. If a rebooking is made or a bus is checked-in for another departure than the booked departure, the discount agreement valid on the day of the change will be used as the basis for the subsequent settlement of the booking.
Below you will find our cancellation terms per route and ticket type

- Up to 3 calendar days prior to departure day: No cancellation charge
- From 2 calendar days prior to departure day: 75 % of the valid ticket price
- No show / cancellation after departure day: 100 % of the valid ticket price

- Up to 8 calendar days prior to departure day: No cancellation charge
- From 7 calendar days prior to departure day: 75 % of the valid ticket price
- No show / cancellation after departure day: 100 % of the valid ticket price

- Until 12:00 am 2 calendar days prior to departure day: No cancellation charge
- From 12:00 am 2 calendar days prior to departure day: 75 % of the valid ticket price
- No show / cancellation after departure day: 100 % of the valid ticket price
