As an agency, you can book single legs, outward and homebound journeys, one day trips, all routes, the desired departures as well as the vehicle type and the number of people for your customers.
With the Agent Logon you have access to our various ticket tariffs online – booking confirmation by email. With the Scandlines online booking system, you can book the maritime travel experience for your customers directly from your counter.
With Scandlines' affiliate program, customers can independently book tickets for their next trip via your agency website. For this purpose, an ExpressLink will be embedded on your homepage and our online booking system can be reached 24/7.
Your customers have access to the various booking options at Scandlines via your own website and can conveniently buy tickets online.

All ticket variants for outward and return journeys can be combined with one another and booked in the same process. This will make it even easier for you to offer your customers comfortable or inexpensive travel solutions across the entire Scandlines route network.
FAQ for agencies

If the timetable changes at short notice or if the booked ferry trip is cancelled, our Servicecenter will rebook you for the next possible departure free of charge.
You will receive all the necessary information and the changed booking confirmation as soon as possible by email.
If this change does not meet your requirements, our Servicecenter will be happy to help you with the relevant rebooking or cancellation.
It depends on the ticket tarif:
- Early Booker: Valid for the booked departure and all other departures with free spaces on the booked day. Rebooking is not possible.
- Standard: Valid for the booked departure and all other departures with free spaces on the booked day.
- Flex: Valid for all departures from the date of purchase until 3 months after the booked departure. Valid for all departures from the date of purchase until 3 months after the booked departure. Check in at the port up to 15 minutes before departure.
Generally, you have a 24-hour right to cancellation after ticket purchase.
Our tickets (Early Booker, Standard and Flex) are valid all day, so it is not always necessary to rebook. Thereafter, changes are chargeable and will be charged according to the current rebooking fee.
Booking can be upgraded to a more flexible ticket via Customer service for a fee and price difference
Changes of Early Booker tickets are no longer possible 24 hours after booking.

Flex: Can be refunded for free up to 3 months after the originally booked outward journey date. Refund Service is included.
