Furthermore, the German part of the organisation has one managing director: Heiko Kähler, who is in charge of the daily management of the German Scandlines companies.

Eric Grégoire joined Scandlines as CEO in July 2024 and comes from a position as CEO of Goodpack Pte Ltd. in Singapore.

Michael Guldmann Petersen, COO

Michael Guldmann Petersen

Michael Guldmann Petersen has been Chief Operations Officer (COO) since 2018. In the same year, he became a member of the Scandlines Deutschland GmbH board of directors. He joined Scandlines in 2017.

Mikael Koch Jensen, CFO

Mikael Koch Jensen joined the Scandlines management team in May 2024 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Heiko Kähler was appointed member of the Scandlines Deutschland GmbH board of directors in 2012. In 1994, he joined DFO (Deutsche Fährgesellschaft Ostsee), which merged with Scandlines in 1998.

A consortium consisting of the three infrastructure funds Igneo Infrastructure Partners, 3i Group plc and Federated Hermes owns Scandlines.
