COO and interim CEO Michael Guldmann Petersen and CFO Jesper Mikkelsen Heilbuth make up the top management of Scandlines.

Furthermore, the German part of the organisation has two managing directors: Heiko Kähler and Gerald Lefold, who are in charge of the daily management of the German Scandlines companies.

Michael Guldmann Petersen was appointed interim CEO in February 2024 and has been Chief Operations Officer (COO) since 2018. In the same year, he became a member of the Scandlines Deutschland GmbH board of directors. He joined Scandlines in 2017.

 

Jesper Mikkelsen Heilbuth, CFO

Jesper Mikkelsen Heilbuth joined the Scandlines management team in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Heiko Kähler was appointed member of the Scandlines Deutschland GmbH board of directors in 2012. In 1994, he joined DFO (Deutsche Fährgesellschaft Ostsee), which merged with Scandlines in 1998.

Gerald Lefold

Gerald Lefold became member of the Scandlines Deutschland GmbH board of directors in 2014. In 1993, he joined DFO (Deutsche Fährgesellschaft Ostsee), which merged with Scandlines in 1998.
