Søren Poulsgaard Jensen, CEO
Søren Poulsgaard Jensen was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Scandlines in 2012. He joined Scandlines in 2009 as Chief Operations Officer (COO).
Per Johannesen Madsen, CFO
Per Johannesen Madsen joined the Scandlines management team in 2012 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Michael Guldmann Petersen, COO
Michael Guldmann Petersen was appointed Chief Operations Officer (COO) in 2018. In the same year, he became a member of the Scandlines Deutschland GmbH board of directors. He joined Scandlines in 2017.

Heiko Kähler was appointed member of the Scandlines Deutschland GmbH board of directors in 2012. In 1994, he joined DFO (Deutsche Fährgesellschaft Ostsee), which merged with Scandlines in 1998.
Gerald Lefold, Managing Director, Scandlines Deutschland GmbH
Gerald Lefold became member of the Scandlines Deutschland GmbH board of directors in 2014. In 1993, he joined DFO (Deutsche Fährgesellschaft Ostsee), which merged with Scandlines in 1998.
