If you purchase a ticket in the harbour in the Yellow lane, which is the manned service lane, or via customer services by phone/e-mail, we will charge a handling fee starting at 15 EUR €.
Buy online and avoid the handling fee
You can avoid paying handling fees by buying tickets online via our website or our app. You can buy tickets online up to two hours before departure.
If you want to travel on a ferry departing in less than two hours, you must purchase the ticket at the harbour or via customer services, which will be subject to a handling fee.
