File a complaint

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a product or service, you are welcome to send us a complaint so we can help remedy the situation.

We always do our best to make sure you have a good trip, but if you are unhappy with a product or service provided by Scandlines, we want to hear from you.

Send an email to our customer service at servicecenter.germany@scandlines.com and tell us about your experience. We'll be in touch as soon as possible to try to find a solution.
