Meeting room without catering
We have meeting rooms on all ferries.
The meeting room on the Rostock-Gedser ferry can accommodate up to 12 people.
The meeting rooms on the Puttgarden-Rødby ferry can accommodate up to 32 people.
All meeting rooms have AV equipment (Wi-Fi may be missing).

The fine print
- Free Wi-Fi is only available on ferries sailing between Rostock and Gedser. We therefore recommend that you have all the meeting/conference material you need saved on your computer prior to departure.
- The booking deadline is no later than four business days before the meeting takes place. The booking fee will be agreed at the time of booking.
- The cancellation deadline is no later than four business days before the meeting takes place. The booking fee for the event is non-refundable after the deadline has passed.
- Bookings are only possible between 1 January–29 June and 6 August–30 December.
