Our tickets are flexible and you can use them for all available departures on the booked day.
However, this means that you can be sailing with a ferry where Scandlines Kitchen and Scandlines Kitchen Buffet are closed.
In that case, you can use your food voucher in the other restaurants onboard.
If you do not use your food voucher, you can get the full amount of the food voucher refunded by contacting customer service. Find contact information for customer service.
