    Online bookable. A handling fee is charged for telephone bookings or ticket purchases at the manually operated check-in at the harbour with 15 €.

    • Check-in at the harbour until 15 minutes before departure
    • If the travel plans have to be completely changed, there is no risk with this offer: the Summer Deal Ticket can be canceled free of charge and the fare will be reimbursed
    • Cancellation with Refund: Unused tickets can be returned up to 3 months after the booked departure

    • Rebooking of the outward journey already booked is only possible by calling customer services on +49 (0) 381 – 77 88 77 66 and up to 2 hours before the booked departure for a fee from 30 €

    • You have a 24-hour right of withdrawal after booking the ticket
  • The price applies to cars up to 6 m in length. A length surcharge applies for longer vehicles. This is calculated automatically when you book and is from 30 € per running 2 meters.
